Our History

The Arizona Hepatitis C Coalition began with the goal of reducing the number of persons infected and increasing the management options for those infected with hepatitis C statewide.

The coalition formed following an intensive two day training in Phoenix facilitated by Alan Franciscus, founder of the Hepatitis C Support Project.  Members of the Coalition include representatives from a variety of community and state agencies, as well as interested community members, who are determined to create a statewide alliance for HCV issues.
